When can I expect to receive my copy?

Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days unless you request a rush fee in which case you would receive it sooner. Once you complete our creative brief, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll get started on your project immediately. If we have questions or need more information to write your copy, a member of our team will reach out.

How will I receive my copy?

When your copy is finished, you'll receive an email from our team with a Google Document link where you can view the requested copy for your project.

What if I need edits or changes?

If your copy requires edits or changes, please submit your requests via email within 3 days of delivery. We provide one round of revisions for FREE. If the changes are minor such as a word change or punctuation, you can copy and paste the text and make those changes yourself. Any revisions needed beyond the first round are not included and will be billed at our hourly agency rate of $90.

Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with my copy?

If you are dissatisfied with your copy after our writers have made the initial round of complimentary revisions, simply notify our team within 7 days and we'll provide a full refund for your purchase. Refunds will not be issued past 7 days after you have received your order.

Do you guarantee ad approval?

Because we don’t personally own Facebook, and their advertising policies are constantly changing, we cannot guarantee the approval of all ad copy. We can, however, assure you that we monitor the latest Facebook changes and policy updates regularly to make sure we deliver quality copy that is most likely to get approved. If your ad is disapproved for copy-related reasons, we do offer a complimentary round of edits to help get your ads approved.

Do you guarantee ad performance?

Because there are numerous factors that determine the overall success of any ad campaign such as creative, landing pages, targeting, etc., we cannot guarantee the performance of any ad campaign.
