If your ad is disapproved for copy-related reasons, we do offer a complimentary round of edits to help get your ads approved.
Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days unless you requested a rush fee in which case you would receive it sooner.
Once you complete our creative brief, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll get started on your project immediately.

Based on the delivery preference you select, your copy will arrive within its given date range, typically 3-5 business days.
When your copy is finished, you'll receive an email from our team with a Google Document link where you can view the copy for your project.
If your copy requires edits or changes, please submit your requests via email within 7 days of delivery We provide one round of revisions for FREE.
This does NOT include edits or rewrites based on information that was not included in the original creative brief or supplemental materials we received when we gave notice that we were assigning your project to our team.
If the changes are minor such as a word change or punctuation, you can copy and paste the text and make those changes yourself.
Typical edit turnaround time varies from 1-4 business days depending on the size and scope of the project.
*If you need additional revisions you will be charged our hourly agency rate of $125 an hour. We provide 2 rounds of revisions MAX (including the initial complimentary revisions).
If you are dissatisfied with your copy after our writers have made the initial round of complimentary revisions, simply notify our team within 2 days and we'll provide a full refund for your purchase.
Because there are numerous factors that determine the overall success of any ad campaign such as creative, landing pages, targeting, etc., we cannot guarantee the performance of any ad campaign.
